User Experience
It is important to know investigate users' experiences of EIS in order to improve the library service and meet needs more effectively. You may wish to focus on one or more of the following:
- Access: Evaluate access to EIS in the library, on campus and elsewhere
- User support: Evaluate the effectiveness of the formal and informal support provided for EIS users
- Promotion: Evaluate the how effectively EIS is promoted to staff and students
- Perceptions: Evaluate student and staff perceptions and expectations of EIS
