Evaluation Tools
The section of the website provides you with a range of tools- organised by theme - including:
- Questionnaires and surveys
- Focus group and interview questions for library staff, academic staff and students
- Advice on statistics to collect
- Advice on documentation to collect
- Checklists and audits.
Click on one of the categories to the left to see the tools available for each of them.
You are free to amend these as necessary to cater for the specific needs of your institution, for example, you might wish to change details to reflect the services provided by your library, refer to the library by name, or to change some of the terms to those your users are more familiar with.
